If it fails from a flaw in its materials or its making, send it to us. We repair it. If it can't be repaired, we replace it.

No receipt required if it carries its number.

What normal use looks like

A fanny pack that goes everywhere will show it. The strap softens, the color settles, and a corner takes on the shape of what you carry. Ordinary wear from years of use is the bag doing its job, and it isn't what this covers.

What this covers is failure: a seam that lets go, hardware that breaks, or a material that gives out before it should.

What it doesn't cover

It doesn't cover loss, theft, or what a dog did to it. It doesn't cover ordinary wear, and it doesn't cover damage from a repair or alteration someone else made.

How a claim works

  1. Send it back to us with its number.
  2. We look at what failed.
  3. We repair it. If we can't, we replace it from the same edition where one exists, or with its nearest equivalent once an edition has closed.

The book

Every unit is numbered, and every number is on record with the edition it came from and the artist who made it. That record is how we match a bag to its guarantee, years later, with or without a receipt.
